One on One

One to One personal training allows both you and I to develop a personalized fitness plan that will allow you will achieve your goals. Workouts will be designed specifically for your own body, mind and soul. Custom workouts are for you to keep!  They will be your "go-to workouts" when you grow to becoming your own fitness trainer.  You will learn about your body, what muscles you need to strengthen, and how to build upon those exercises in order to get the results you want. Together, we will find a way to ignite a passion for fitness in you and teach you how to keep that fire burning throughout the rest of your life!

Online Fitness Coaching

If you run on your own schedule and enjoy pushing yourself at the gym, online fitness programs are perfect for you!. Here, you will be constantly be motivated by me but most importantly yourself.  I will hold you accountable for your all of your work-outs and never allow you to slip away from your goals.  Each week, you will receive 3 individually customized work-outs, each 1 hour in length.  You can complete the workouts inside a gym or at home with the right equipment. You create your own schedule and I get to hold you accountable to it! Each week we will advance to a new level of fitness that will constantly re-shape and re-structure your body. Eventually, you will learn how to create your own program and become your own trainer.  You will successfully achieve your goals and also learn how adopt a lifestyle full of health and fitness. 

12 Week nuTRISHon Plan

Ever wonder why you workout so much yet still can not lose that last 5 or 10 pounds?  Most likely its not because of your workouts, but because of your diet. This statement still holds true: 80% is nutrition and 20% is fitness. No matter how much you exercise, you can not work your way out of a bad diet.  Yet, there is still great news; You do NEVER need to go on a diet to lose weight!  Diets do not work mainly because no one is holding you accountable but you. With the right coaching and accountability, you'll be able to restructure your daily food plans with ease and excitement. Food should taste good and be enjoyed without adding extra pounds to your waistline. In nuTRISHon, it's the little things that make a BIG difference!

In this program, we will be able to fully customize and design your ideal nuTRIHon plan. You will learn the in's and outs about food and how your body reacts to it. We will test, analyze and find the right solutions that will lead to your success. Whatever your goal may be- weight loss, more energy or athletic performance- we will find the right plan for you that will become part of your lifestyle.
