Fall Fitness MUST haves

My Top “Fall Fitness” MUST Haves!

As many of you already know, fall is my favorite season of the year. The warm sunny days with the crisp cool nights, the leaves changing as they prepare for the winter and of course, the rise of the pumpkins! Fall is also a time for us to re-boot and get back on the health and fitness routine we missed so dearly during our fun summer vacations. In order to help you get back in the grove, here are a couple of my “Fall Fitness” must haves that will not only kick-start your routine, but make you feel pretty sexy doing it!

Athleta Vests and Sweaters
Last year while in NYC, I fell in love the Athleta! Their new designs and clothes became a new essential item in my workout closet. My favorite pieces of clothing so far are there sporty vests and comfy sweaters. Here are some of the pieces I can guarantee you I’ll be wearing around this fall.

New Balance Shoes
I’m a BIG fan of minimus shoes. From beach runs to trail runs, you will always see me sporting these low profile kicks. For me, the best out there are the New Balance 10v2. I already ordered a new pair of both the road and trail shoe for the 2014 fall running season and am ready to get these babies dirty! And KUDOS for New Balance taking care of our late night runners with a new pair of glow in the dark 10v2’s! No excuses this season for missing that “after work, pitch black at 5pm run”!

Onzie Sport Bras
These little pieces of fabric sure bring me so much laughter and happiness every time I put them on! They’re fun, adventures, crazy, cute and comfortable. What more could a girl ask for! Weat them at your local gym and I can promise you that you’ll get a ton of compliments while making many new fit friends-boys included :) .

Beyond Yoga Open Back Tanks
Now that you have some sexy sport bras, its time to show them off with my favorite beyond yoga open back tanks! These aren’t only great for showing off your bras, they allow air to follow throughout your body so you can stay cool during your hot and sweaty workout. Oh! And make sure to check out there sale section as they have put some of my favorite styles on sale this past month!

Black Milk Leggings
One of my fellow trainers in NYC turned me on to these killer leggings that definitely bring the “personal” out of “personality”! What I LOVE about these pants is the fact that you can carry your fashion statement right from your workout over to work. Just add some stylist boots and a chic jacket and your ready for whatever the day brings you.

Lululemon Heart Opener Scarf
Another “from studio to street” accessory you will see me representing this fall! This scarf will “fall” right in with your workout outfit and keep you warm as your strut your street style. There are a ton of different ways to wear it, so open up youtube and begin to explore the possibilities! If I had to pick just one fall accessory, this would be it! Don’t hesitate to buy it or you might just have another lulu regret.

Well, that just about sums it all up for now! Quite frankly, I have to stop writing here as I’m currently spending way too much money online ordering all my fall fitness goodies! I sure hope this helps give you all that little “umph” you need to feel sexy while getting back into your fitness routine! And don’t forget, getting back into your routine doesn’t mean just going back to your old routine. This is the time to try something new, explore new opportunities and mix up it up! Just as the leaves begin to change over the next couple months, so should you! Jump out of your comfort zone and try out a new fitness class or sign up for that 5k you’ve always wanted to do! Whatever it is, just do it (and then reward yourself with some new gear!)
